Enviroment Impact Assessment (EIA)
Where developments and activities are likely to have a significant effect on the environment they are subject to Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) as described by the European EIA Directive and implemented through the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) (England and Wales) Regulations 1999.
